Bankruptcy

“Bankruptcy is about financial death and financial rebirth. Bankruptcy is the great American story rewritten. We're a nation of debtors.” Elizabeth Warren

There are many possible conclusions to debt, and many possible conclusions to the reduction or elimination of that debt.  US bankruptcy laws and bankruptcy courts exist as the tools to allow creditor-debtor relationships to move forward, usually when financial agreements cannot be satisfied or even if civil litigation liability is on the horizon.  Know that it is not at all shameful to "go bankrupt" or "file for Chapter 11" as is commonly heard. In fact, it happens all the time and exists to help individuals, families and businesses from endless stressful despair.

The bankruptcy process is form-driven and can be complex. Allow VEDU the opportunity to discuss your financial options with the bankruptcy courts.
