Linda Trang started her distinguished career as an associate attorney at several prominent law firms in Southern California, where she specialized in complex legal matters spanning tax, estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, business law, and real estate law. Subsequently, Linda transitioned to the public sector, where during her ten-year tenure, she focused on areas of law aligned with municipal government functions. Her responsibilities included handling transactional matters, conducting administrative hearings, and providing invaluable legal counsel to city departments and committees. Her areas of expertise extended to matters such as procurement, contracts, public works construction, land use, real estate, grants, resolutions, ordinances, ethics, the California Brown Act, and the California Public Records Act. After serving the federal government as the primary patent attorney and advisory on contracting, acquisition and procurement, Linda dedicated her career to helping individuals in the area of estate and trust laws.

Dennis Riccio

Michael Martin
Law Clerk / Tax Professional
Michael Martin serves as a Law Clerk and Tax Preparer at VEDU PLC, where he supports the firm with legal research, drafting, and preparation of legal and tax-related documentation. He also prepares, reviews, and files tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
Before joining the firm, Michael built a 20-year career in public accounting, specializing in corporate tax strategy and controllership services. His experience spans attestation, financial reporting, and the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. Known for his ability to explain complex financial results to multi-million-dollar companies, Michael has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the accounting and tax industry.
Michael holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Trinity International University, an M.S. in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management, and an MBA from Keller as well. He also earned a graduate certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management and is credentialed as an Accredited Tax Preparer and Advisor. He is currently pursuing his J.D. Michael is also a candidate member of the AICPA and Society of CPAs (Arizona and Illinois).
Based in Phoenix, Michael is the proud father of three sons—Mikah, Elijah, and Levi. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, sports card collecting, attending Arizona Diamondbacks games, and supporting nonprofit organizations through charitable work.
